As most of you already know, the bid from
Perseus Books Group
to establish contracts with PGW's consenting publishers was awarded by the court
in the wake of the
Advanced Marketing Services, Inc.
Chapter 11 court proceedings. Perseus has also contracted PGW to continue its Publisher
Services as needed throughout the transition period, which began March 1st, 2007.
As information about this transition becomes available to PGW,
updates will be posted here regarding this transition on a regular basis in effort
to help keep everyone informed. Please check back here frequently to keep up on
