Desk Copy Policy

 PGW offers free desk copies to faculty who adopt our titles for their courses.

To submit a desk copy request, please submit your request on institutional letterhead and include the following information:
  • Title(s), ISBN(s) and Author(s)
  • Course name and number
  • Semester/Quarter when the book will be used
  • Anticipated Enrollment
  • Faculty Member Name (if requesting on behalf of instructor)
  • Campus address suitable for delivery via UPS
    (PO Box not acceptable).

Desk copies can only be mailed to campus addresses.

Examination Copy Policy

 If you would like to examine a title for potential course adoption, please request an examination copy. Examination copies are available to faculty and teachers for a fee of $4.00 for each paperback and $8 for each hardcover, made payable by check, money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express only). Please submit your request on institutional letterhead and include the following information:
  • Title(s), ISBN(s) and Author(s)
  • Name of the course in which the book’s being considered
  • Faculty Member (if requesting on behalf of instructor)
  • Campus address suitable for delivery via UPS
    (PO Box not acceptable)
  • Payment Details:
